Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:40pm, no weekends
The Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and growth of the outpatient therapy department. This role combines clinical leadership, department management, direct patient care, and outpatient admissions/referral development.
The Manager will help grow the outpatient therapy program by developing strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospital teams, patients, and community partners. This position plays an important role in identifying and converting appropriate outpatient therapy referrals into admissions, while ensuring patients receive high-quality, age-appropriate care.
The ideal candidate is a licensed therapy professional who enjoys both clinical care and building a successful outpatient therapy program.
The Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services is responsible for therapy department management, delivery, and coordination of services provided in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of applicable therapy practice acts of the state where the hospital resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Manager of Therapy Services is responsible for department/administrative responsibilities and other related duties as assigned or requested. The Manager of Therapy Services is responsible for direct patient care for the population served in the inpatient outpatient therapy setting(s).
Education and Training: Current license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA or OTA in state where hospital resides required. Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical/patient care experience required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
