Education and Training: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or an appropriately related field required. Advanced leadership education, certifications, or executive development training preferred.
Experience:
- Ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including executive oversight of multi-hospital operations.
- Demonstrated success leading operational performance, strategic growth initiatives, financial management, quality improvement, and physician alignment across complex healthcare organizations.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care, post-acute care, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational change and drive enterprise-wide operational excellence.

- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence executive leadership, Board members, physicians, business partners, regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and the public.

- Advanced financial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret operational metrics, financial statements, market trends, and performance data to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align organizational priorities with long-term business objectives.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive organizational performance.
- Ability to lead and influence diverse teams across multiple locations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain focus on organizational goals, and effectively respond to changing business needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement methodologies, and performance management.
