What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.

  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system, as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Qualifications

  • Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.  Current BLS certification required.
  • Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
