As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.
Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
Current BLS certification.
One (1) year of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital setting.
New graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in an inpatient environment are encouraged to apply.
