Overview

The Organizational Support Coordinator serves as a key operational and administrative support role within the Talent Management function. This position is responsible for the coordination and administration of organizational learning systems, leadership development programs, assessment platforms, and education advancement workflows, while also providing essential corporate office operational support. The Organizational Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient execution of leadership development initiatives, LMS administration, office operations, and special projects in support of organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

 

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Talent Management.

Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration – Relias

Serves as the primary administrator and coordinator for the Relias Learning Management System (LMS), including all operational and support functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer and maintain the Relias LMS platform across the organization
  • Build, upload, assign, and manage educational content and training modules
  • Coordinate training enrollments, assignments, and completion tracking
  • Maintain training plans, curricula, and compliance training structures
  • Support course development and implementation requests from operational leaders
  • Generate and distribute LMS reporting, training completion audits, and compliance metrics
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide user support to leaders and employees
  • Coordinate system updates, platform enhancements, and testing activities
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of LMS data and employee learning records
  • Partner with departments to support onboarding, annual education, and leadership development initiatives
  • Assist with system configuration, permissions, user management, and organizational hierarchy updates
  • Maintain training documentation, resource guides, and LMS procedures

Leadership Development Coordination

Serves as the primary coordinator for leadership development initiatives and learning programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all logistics and operational support for the Executive Leadership Academy
  • Support leadership development programs, boot camps, workshops, and learning events
  • Manage scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and event coordination
  • Coordinate leadership program resources, certificates, recognition items, and development materials
  • Support leadership assessments, participant tracking, and program reporting
  • Assist with facilitation scheduling, preparation, and executive program administration

Assessment & Organizational Development Platform Coordination

Supports organizational assessment and development initiatives through platform coordination and administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage the 360-assessment process and associated reporting workflows
  • Support administration of the Qualtrics platform, including surveys, reporting, and distribution coordination
  • Maintain assessment records, participation tracking, and reporting documentation
  • Coordinate organizational development projects and leadership feedback initiatives
  • Support data collection and reporting efforts related to employee development and engagement

Education Advancement Program Coordination

Serve as the coordinator for the Education Advancement Program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate application workflows and approval routing through Nintex
  • Monitor program submissions and maintain accurate tracking records
  • Support communication and follow-up related to education advancement requests
  • Maintain documentation and reporting related to program participation and approvals
  • Collaborate with leaders, HR, and employees regarding program processes and requirements

Corporate Office & Administrative Support

Provides operational and administrative support for the corporate office environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sort, distribute, scan, and manage incoming and outgoing mail daily
  • Coordinate UPS and corporate mail shipments
  • Order, organize, stock, and distribute office supplies
  • Support corporate office operational needs and administrative functions
  • Assist with catering coordination for meetings, training, and corporate events
  • Provide logistical support for organizational meetings and special events
  • Support special corporate projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in supporting corporate office operations

Front Desk Support

Serves as the primary backup support for the corporate front desk position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide front desk coverage as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees professionally
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Support visitor management and office coordination activities
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, organizational development, LMS administration, or corporate support experience preferred
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems, preferred
  • Experience coordinating leadership development programs, assessments, or training initiatives preferred
  • Experience with Qualtrics, Nintex, or similar workflow and survey platforms preferred
