The Corporate Director of Occupational and Employee Health is responsible for leading, overseeing, and executing PAM Health’s Occupational Health strategy and programs. This role ensures the development, standardization, and implementation of health and safety practices that comply with federal, state, and internal regulations. The Corporate Director of Occupational and Employee Health will provide strategic and clinical leadership in areas including employee health, occupational health and reporting, injury prevention, medical and emergency response, and fitness-for-duty and return-to-work procedures. The role collaborates closely with Employee Services, Nurse Managers, HR, and Risk Management to align efforts, ensure quality care for employees, and drive continuous improvement. This is an exempt position. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S., with travel to hospital locations as needed.

Education and Training: Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where intended to practice. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required. Master’s Degree highly preferred. Certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience with occupational health and employee health. Experience in community health, ambulatory care, critical care, or emergency nursing highly preferred.
