Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Court Filer is to ensure the accuracy of completion of court documents and timely filing at the county courthouse for contracted facilities. This position will assist the support functions of the Mobile Assessment Department. The essential functions of this position are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job’s purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical or fundamental to the performance of the job. They are the major functions for which the  person in the job is held accountable. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Court Filer reports and is accountable to the Director of Mobile Assessment.

Qualifications

Education and Training: High School Diploma is required. Criminal Justice background is preferred. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required. Current BLS certificate. Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Experience: Experience working in healthcare or community service is required. Experience working in a psychiatric setting is preferred.
