We are looking for a Therapy Team Lead to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The therapy team lead is responsible for patient care delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age- appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. As the Lead, responsible for assisting with scheduling and other administrative services in support of managing the department. Approximately 80% of the time is spent in direct patient care.
Education and Training: Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where the hospital resides. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical/patient care experience required. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
