The Regional Materials Manager is responsible for the oversight of inventory levels, purchasing compliance, and high-level escalation items for their assigned region. The Regional Materials Manager assists in achievement of corporate goals and deployment of corporate initiatives to their assigned hospitals. Collaborates with other regional department leaders and hospital leadership to ensure current and future procurement needs are met. Provides oversight of processes, systems, and technical tools to analyze data and monitor KPIs for assigned hospitals. Incorporates auditing processes to ensure procurement and recordkeeping are accurate and comply with any applicable industry or governmental regulations. Reports to the Corporate Director of Procurement. 50%+ Travel.

I. Position Responsibilities
· Responsible for dotted line oversight of a team of Materials Managers that coordinate the purchase and distribution of procured supplies and equipment throughout their assigned hospitals.
· Manages ongoing administrative aspects of vendor relationships/service providers including service level agreements, performance penalties, performance tracking, termination notification and conditions.
· Ensures team is knowledgeable of all rules and regulations governing each purchasing process utilized by PAM Health.
· Collaborates with leadership in procurement, operations, finance, and other departments to drive improvement in supply chain management processes within area of responsibility and across PAM Health system.
· Works cooperatively with executive, clinical, and operational teams.

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain required.
· Healthcare experience preferred.
