Responsibilities

The Workers Compensation Account Executive will use a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's and family's comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes. This position is responsible for proactively initiating new client partnerships and cultivating durable relationships with prospective clients while maintaining collaborative relationships with key referral sources within PAM Health's referring entities.

Qualifications

  • Education and Training: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience: At least two years clinical experience in acute care (i.e. nursing, respiratory, therapy) is preferred. Two years of proven successful sales/marketing experience preferred.
